We weren’t particularly hungry, but the steady stream of people coming in and out caught our attention—a sure sign of a great spot. Tempted, we decided to give it a try and ordered the lunch deal featuring a bruschetta and a vegetarian pizza. Both dishes exceeded our expectations, easily ranking among the best we’ve had in the UK. The staff were incredibly polite, and the service was top-notch. As always excellent freshly cooked food. Happy to adjust options, I asked for a dish without pineapple but to have peppers from another similar dish and the waitress was happy to do this. Cost us 81 for 4 adult meals, 1 child's and 4 Pepsi max and 1 lemonade. Photos are of fish fingers, margherita pizza, parmo, tagliatelle and can't remember the name but chicken in a garlic and chilli cream sauce with prawns.
As regular visitors at UNO, we decided to take our 2 year old with us. The waiter went above and beyond to ensure our little one was kept happy and entertained. It was the best meal out we have had as a family, and the most stress free! Nothing was too much to ask and the food was great quality for money. Felt really pleased. Less than 40 for 2 adults to have a starter and main each. Then a full kids meal too. Definitely be back!

Went to Una Momento Darlington on Sat 25th Nov 23 for an early family Christmas get together. We had a party of 16 people. I booked it several weeks earlier and we had to keep adding to the numbers as different family members wanted to go which was never a problem. I had a knee operation earlier In November and called the restaurant to ask if we could be on the street level as climbing stairs could be a problem. No problem at all was the answer and the table was set exactly as requested. We were asked as much a possible to pre order which we did leaving only two family members to order on the night . The food was brought out on time exactly as ordered hot and delicious. Staff were brilliant couldn’t do enough to ensure we had exactly what we needed. The food was reasonably priced and well worth every penny in my opinion. Well done Una Momento see you again soon.
Came here early on a Saturday lunch time. Quite surprised how many people were already in having a meal. Quick and friendly service with drinks arriving soon after ordering and food following. Two pizza's one pepperoni and one chicken. Very large and good value for the price. Would definitely come again. 5*
Perfect seafood pizzas! We asked for extra garlic and less cheese and we got what we asked for. Delicious! From the front of the restaurant it looked quiet but we didn't realise the depth of the building so inside there was a lovely lively atmosphere. Thank you to the super waitress who served us.
Always a busy place the times we have been in which is a great sign to start with. The food is really nice extremely tasty & always the right amount to fill you up & at a great price. Cheesy garlic bread starter is lovely but don't eat too much or no room for the lovely main course. Waiters & waitress are always happy & friendly & help make a lovely meal. Slight delay on drinks during busy periods as only one person on the bar. All in all a great Italian that we have been back to a great few times now & can't fault anything about Uno momento Darlington at all.
